Maybe just stopping the process will be enough.

Settings > Manage Applications> Menu button > Filter by “Running.” > Select application > Force stop
or long press on home shows all running processes. The weird thing is that I need to restart the tablet (Galaxy tab 10.1) to make it work again. If I just close the program and open the slideshown again it only show a black picture. I will see if I can create a log file if I have the time. (or if you could enable more logging). For example I have 100 photos. All photos are shown ok but after some rounds the screen stays black. Very annoying :-) Any good ideas what to do ? Without a definite crash, it is very difficult to debug a problem like that.
Using a tool like catlog https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nolanlawson.logcat you could check if there is an exception in the log, in that case I could probably fix it.
Digital Photo Framehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10361004799996836980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1568321707095776579.post-238036756203377592013-04-06T00:19:41.259+02:002013-04-06T00:19:41.259+02:00Installed your app to view around 2600 photo, stor...Installed your app to view around 2600 photo, stored on sd card.
